With the shift from a face-to-face to a hybrid learning model at Tera, I was invited to participate in the Distance Education Virtual Journey (JOVAED) to talk, together with experts in the field, on how to build meaningful experiences for students in remote learning.

In 2020 I participated in a seminar on Learning Experience Design and, in this event, I met Alexander Salas. He was launching his Instructional Designers training platform and invited me to talk, in Portuguese, about the job and possible paths for people who want to work in this field in Brazil.
TUTORIAL: HOW TO BUILD A CLASS AT TERA
As Tera's operations grew, so did the number of teachers we needed to hire. In this process, the demand for onboarding, qualification and validation of classes for these people also increased. In this tutorial I explain the basics of our methodology and the important aspects of a class at the school.
TUTORIAL: HOW TO READ TERA'S SYLLABUS
In this same process, I explain in this video how is our course documentation, the syllabus of each class, how to interpret it and the importance and meaning of each of the fields.
