Higher Courts are legal organizations that handle customer problems that are not resolved by the companies' own Customer Service. This training seeks to clarify the guidelines for this type of service, develop some softs kills and simulate the main types of problems through the analysis and resolution of cases.
GAME: HOW TO FIGURE OUT THE BILLS
The job of a person who works with financial issues is not always easy. If the documentation that supports this work is unclear or difficult to understand, it can get more complicated. This game was developed to help attendants to take better ownership of the bill's fields and to simulate some situations that can be solved with the correct interpretation of this information.

When an EdTech scales exponentially, it needs to hire more teachers and, at the same time, maintain the aspects that make it loved by its community. This internal training was developed and applied to empower the operational team with Tera's methodology, making them able to decide for themselves whether the performance of a class is satisfactory or not.
